What insurances do you accept?


We accept most traditional insurance plans and we are in network with Moda, Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental and others. Please call our office to confirm your particular plan.




Will you accept X-Rays from my previous dentist?


Yes! We prefer to have all the information possible to help make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan accordingly. We can accept digital files or physical copies if necessary. We may require new radiographs if those provided are out of date, incomplete or not diagnostic. Usually a signed release of records form is required for your previous provider to send them to us at info@onqdentistry.com




Are you accepting new patients?


Yes, we are always accepting new patients! While our existing patients are booked 6 months in advance for routine cleanings, we make every effort possible to get you a visit scheduled for your new patient visit. If you are having pain or an urgent concern you will be seen the same day or the following day if possible. Call (503) 788-1008 to schedule!




What are your fees for typical dental procedures?


Your insurance plan usually dictates the fees that are allowable and vary widely based on the treatment code used. We will always give you an accurate estimate prior to any treatment based on your individual treatment plan. Giving fees over the phone is not going to guarantee that is what your cost would be for a given situation and we always recommend being seen in person for an individual consultation with the doctor. On average, our fees are typically within the middle 1/3 for our area.
